Once you have ordered your kit, you will receive it the next business day. Please note the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 1 PM. Please note that we do not send deliveries on weekends. An order placed after 1 PM on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

What to do before traveling to the United Kingdom?

​

Here is what you need to do before arriving at the United Kingdom:

• Take a Covid-19 RT-PCR test and get a negative result during the 3 days prior to your travel;

• Book and pay for your Day 2 and 8 tests, which will include the RT-PCR tests to be taken on day 2 and day 8 of your quarantine;

• Complete a passenger locator form with details of where you will self-isolate when you arrive and with your Travel Test Package booking reference number.

How does it work?

​

You will need to order your package before your arrival to the UK, as you will need to provide your booking reference on your Passenger Locator Form. The package includes 2 RT-PCR tests that you will receive at home. You will need to carefully follow the instructions of the self-swab and return your kits straight after using them.

• The Day 2 test must be done on or before Day 2 of your self-isolation – Do your test as soon as you arrive in the UK and send your kit back to us directly;

• The Day 8 test must be done on or after Day 8 of your self-isolation.

Please note that these tests are not part of the Test to Release scheme. You will still need to finish your self-isolation period regardless of the results of your tests.

IMPORTANT: In line with government regulations we can only offer Day 2 and Day 8 testing for “amber list” countries. Bookings for “red list” countries will commence on the 26th April 2021. While some destinations including Spain, the Canaries, Greece, and Cyprus accept PCR tests performed at home and posted to a lab, others including Dubai stipulate that the test is taken at a registered test facility, some say it must be performed by a clinician.
